Pan Seared Catch of the Day with cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and a creamy mango butter sauce

Jerk Chicken Pasta
- Sliced jerk chicken breast, fresh asparagus, and mushrooms tossed in a rich parmesan-herb cream sauce with box tie pasta.

Wood-Grilled Angus Burger
with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted bun.  Choice of American, Swiss or pepper-jack cheese. Served medium.

Key West Fish Tacos - Three flour tortillas filled with sautéed fresh
fish of the day, avocados, vine-ripened tomato salsa, and crisp iceberg; with ancho-chili sour cream and rice with black beans.

Includes coffee, tea or soft drink and choice of Breeze Salad or Caesar Salad

1:00—2:00  “FUTA Credit Reduction and SUTA Dumping” presented by Kristie Gardner, Analyst, Employer System Support Unit and Joseph Mulligan, Acting Manager, SUTA Dumping Unit, Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency.
